Powder Coating, one of the largest and most successful powder coaters
on the east coast, has been successfully servicing our customers since
1975. Crucial to the success of these relationships is that Trojan's powder
coating systems provide the flexibility to meet just about any of your
requirements, whether your products are large or small, long production
runs or just a prototype. Thousands of colors and numerous finishes are
available, including matte, glossy, semi-gloss, textures, wrinkles, etc.
We are an approved applicator for architectural coatings by two major
powder manufacturers, Tiger
Drylac and Rohm
and Haas. We are currently preparing to become ISO 9000 -2000 certified.
Additionally, Trojan is able to cost-effectively run small multiple orders to meet exact needs. We do not demand long runs to be efficient. We can match colors to your specifications. When your parts arrive at our building, they are inspected, and put into production. We have quality inspectors checking to make sure your job is met with complete satisfaction. Each item is carefully inspected and counted, whether it's 10 pieces or 10,000. We have the highest
quality results, in the fastest time possible, at the most reasonable and competitive rate possible. Our consistent quick turnaround time enables us to meet our customers' demanding time schedules. Our conscientious, courteous and knowledgeable staff is always available for questions or concerns. Our extensive customer base continues to grow and is a testament to our success.
Our 78,000 sq. ft. building in the heart of Long Island enables us to do things other coaters can't receive raw material, hold until needed, paint on order, pack, assemble and deliver on request. We are constantly making capital investments to upgrade our facility seeking the most up-to-date equipment on the leading edge of technology.
In addition to our own trucking, contract carriers are at our daily disposal to pickup and deliver your parts. Our shipping and receiving departments have 8 loading docks and 2 drive-in doors.
