Transfer detailed designs, like high-end wood grains, marbles, granites, company logos or high definition photos to aluminum, steel, iron, glass or ceramic!! The decorated, powder coated parts are resistant to heat, acids, humidity, salt and detergents and can be used where fire codes prohibit the use of wood products. This environmentally friendly process uses totally recyclable ecological products. It meets all performance requirements listed in AAMA 2604-02. Enrich or personalize your products with this "green" finishing process! The Process: Materials are powder coated first. Then they are bagged with a film with inks of the desired decorative design. The air is then suctioned out of the bag and the material is baked in an oven at approximately 400°, where the inks are transferred into the powder coated surfaces. The film is removed and the result is a beautiful, decorative piece. Application: Our faux finishes can be applied on window parts (prior to assembly), doors, handrails, columns, wall panels, furniture, accessories and whenever the material needs to be enriched or personalized.
