TGIC Polyester Powder Coating on outside of Conduit Coating. Coating type Specially formulated flexible baked polyester. Coating thickness .003î - .005î (.75 - .125 mm) nominal. Coating color Colors available to identify or to manage your conduit system. See Color List. Salt spray resistance 1500 hrs - No visible effect (ASTM B117-85). Hardness 2H-4H pencil (ASTM D 3363-85). Heat resistance 204?C (400?F) - No change after cooling. Gloss 60? gloss meter / 90 - 100 units (ASTM D523-85). Flame resistance Self-extinguishing. Impact 185cm-kg (160 in.-lbs.) - no damage, direct or indirect (ASTM-D2794-84). Adhesion Cross Hatch - 100% adhesion (ASTM D3359-87). Weathering resistance 15600 hours (650 days) - slight color fading, protection unaffected.

Salt spray resistance 500 Hours - No visible effect (ASTM B117-85) Hardness 2H-4H pencil (ASTM D3363-85). Flame resistance Self-extinguishing. Adhesion Cross Hatch - 100% adhesion (ASTM D3359087)
