Before powder coating, we pretreat each part in a multi-stage wash to ensure our powder properly adheres to each piece.
During this process, pigment and resin are electrostatically charged and sprayed onto each part. As it cures, the powder is fused to the part for a uniform, durable, beautiful finish.
